Contact and support
Ask us
the awkward one.
No account needed and no sales script. You get a reference, your message goes into the same queue as everything else, and somebody reads it.
Ordinary enquiries
We aim to reply to an ordinary enquiry within three working days.
Urgent matters
Rights, privacy and security matters — a suspected account compromise, information published that should not be, a trademark or image complaint — are handled ahead of ordinary enquiries. Say so in your message and it is prioritised.

Send a message
Tell us what you need.
Pick the closest description — it decides how the message is prioritised and who picks it up. If it is a rights, privacy or security matter, say so and it goes ahead of the queue.
Thinking about joining as a brewery or a venue? The venue and brewery pages have a fuller enquiry form that tells us what we need to give you a proper answer first time.
We store your message and contact details so we can reply and keep a record of what was asked. We do not add you to any marketing list for getting in touch. See the privacy policy.
Common questions
Possibly already answered.
Can I use Pourfinder today?
Not yet. We are pre-launch and working to a target launch window of Q1 2027. That is the window we are aiming at, not a promise of a date. Breweries and venues can talk to us now and be ready for the day it opens.
How quickly will I hear back?
We aim to reply to an ordinary enquiry within three working days. Pourfinder is run by one person, so that is an honest aim rather than a call-centre guarantee — and it is the number we will be held to.
Something about my business is wrong on Pourfinder. How do I fix it?
Tell us, using "our business listing" above. Claiming your business and correcting your own factual information is free and always will be, and we do not need you to subscribe first.
I hold rights in a brand or an image and want it taken down.
There is a dedicated form for that, and it is the fastest route because it collects what we need in one go. Use the brand and image removal form, or say so in a message here and it is treated as urgent.
Will you add me to a mailing list if I contact you?
No. Sending a message is not consent to marketing. The business enquiry form has a separate, optional tick box for updates, and you can withdraw it whenever you like.
Is support better if I pay?
No, and there is no plan to sell a priority tier. One person answers everything, so paying more would not make them answer faster — it would only move somebody else down the queue. What does come first is anything urgent: rights, privacy and security, for anyone, paying or not.
Do you take enquiries by phone?
Not at the moment. Everything comes through here or by email, so nothing is lost and you always have a reference you can quote.
