What connects today.
And what does not.

Software claims are easy to make and hard to check, so ours are written with the evidence attached. Every connection below states the level it has actually reached.

Proved in a private pilot

We have connected it to a test account and read real data back. It is not switched on for general use.

Supported today

Works now, for any business, without a pilot.

Being worked on

Specified and under way. Not available, and not sold as if it were.

Not built

We are telling you because the absence matters more than the plan.

Connection by connection

Where each one actually stands.

Read connections to Breww and BrewMan have been proved in a private pilot against test breweries. They are not switched on for general use, and nothing is synced automatically yet.

Proved in a private pilot

Breww

Brewery management software

A read connection to a brewery’s own catalogue and packaging information, authorised by the brewery and limited to the fields we asked for. Proved against a test brewery. It does not write anything back to Breww, and connecting it does not publish your stockists.

Proved in a private pilot

BrewMan

Brewery management software

A read connection using a token the brewery generates for its own account, restricted on our side to the specific catalogue endpoints and fields we need. Proved against the sanctioned demonstration dataset.

Supported today

Manual entry

Every business

Type it in. It takes a couple of minutes, it works for everybody, and it is the fallback behind every other method here. No business is kept off Pourfinder because of the software it runs.

Supported today

Spreadsheet import

Breweries and venues

Bring a CSV or spreadsheet of your range or your list. We check it with you the first time rather than silently importing something wrong.

Being worked on

Venue till and POS connections

Venues

We ask which till or stock system you run during onboarding and tell you honestly what is supported for your setup and what stays manual. There is no additional Pourfinder integration charge within Venue Pro.

Not built

Automatic two-way syncing

Any provider

Nothing on Pourfinder writes back into your brewery or till software, and nothing keeps itself in step without you. If somebody tells you otherwise about us, they are wrong.

So that nobody is misled

Three things we are not claiming.

It is quicker to say these plainly than to hedge them across six pages.

  • Automatic live catalogue syncing.
  • General availability to any brewery that asks today.
  • Any connection that publishes your stockists, trading or customer data without you choosing to.

We are also not adding more providers right now. Two brewery systems are being taken properly to the end before a third is started, because a shallow connection to five things is worth less than a dependable one to a single system you actually use.

Your data stays yours

Connecting a system is not permission to publish anything. Your stockists, your trading information and your customer lists are private by default; publication is a separate choice you make and can reverse; and another business never sees them. A completed delivery is never shown to a drinker as though a venue had confirmed the beer was on.

Next step

Tell us what you run.

We will tell you what is supported for your setup, what would be manual and what is not ready yet. It is a five-minute conversation and it saves everybody a disappointment.
