Pricing

The price, and the
conditions that go with it.

Base prices per business, published in full with the qualifications attached. Nothing is collected before launch, and a free factual listing costs nothing at any point.

Target launch window Q1 2027

Venues

Pubs, taprooms, bars and bottle shops.

The founder rate is an early-commitment price for the first 500 venues that accept a subscription agreement. A free listing, an enquiry or an unsigned offer does not use up one of those places.

Founder rate

£14.99per month

or £160 a year, paid twelve months in advance

The first 500 venues to accept a Pourfinder subscription agreement, including before launch.

That base price is held for your first 12 months of paid service, counted from your first billable service period. The standard rate applies after that. A free listing, an enquiry or an unsigned offer does not use up one of the 500 places.

Standard rate

£24.99per month

or £270 a year, paid twelve months in advance

Venues joining after the first 500, and after founder-rate protection ends.

The same service. Monthly rolls with 30 days’ notice; annual runs for twelve prepaid months from the day your paid service is switched on.

Free, for every eligible venue

No subscription. Not withdrawn if you never take one.

  • An accurate factual listing for your venue in the Pourfinder directory and in ordinary search — with no paid placement bias, in either direction.
  • Your core business information: address, contact details, opening hours and how to find you.
  • A cover image and photographs for your venue.
  • Claim your venue, prove you are authorised, and correct anything we have wrong — or have it removed. That route stays open whether you ever subscribe or not.

With a venue subscription

What the money is for.

  • Publish and manage your current beer range and tap list — the cask, the keg, the fridge, the shelf — so people searching for a beer find your venue.
  • Author your stock by hand, or bring it in through supported imports and till or POS connections, according to the agreed service schedule.
  • Events: tastings, tap takeovers, meet-the-brewer nights.
  • Offers, when they suit your business. They are a tool, not a condition of joining.
  • Reach your followers, and advanced analytics on what people respond to.

The itemised feature-by-feature schedule is confirmed in your service schedule before any subscription starts, and parts of it are still being finished. If something here matters to you, ask us and we will tell you where it actually stands rather than where we hope it will be.

Breweries

Independent craft breweries.

The pre-launch rate is for breweries that accept the paid services agreement before Pourfinder opens publicly. Making the free claim does not reserve it — we would rather be blunt about that now than have the conversation later.

Pre-launch rate

£50per month

or £500 a year, paid twelve months in advance

Breweries that accept the paid services agreement before Pourfinder launches publicly.

Held for your first 12 months of paid service, counted from your first billable service period, after which the standard rate applies. Making the free claim on its own does not reserve this rate. The agreement has to be accepted before launch.

Standard rate

£69.99per month

or £700 a year, paid twelve months in advance

Breweries whose first paid agreement starts after launch.

Monthly rolls with 30 days’ notice; annual runs for twelve prepaid months from the day your paid service is switched on. One ownership-verified brewery-owned venue is included at the FULL paid venue level — no separate venue charge, no second Direct Debit, and it does not use up one of the 500 founder venue places.

Free, for every eligible brewery

Accuracy is not a premium feature.

  • Claim your brewery, prove you are authorised and take control of the record.
  • Your own beer catalogue and its factual data — names, styles, strengths, descriptions — corrected and maintained on an ongoing basis, not as a one-off.
  • Your beer imagery and artwork, and your brewery cover image, using assets you are entitled to use.
  • Your basic brewery page information.
  • Appear factually in the catalogue and in ordinary search. Paying does not remove a brewery that does not, and does not bias ordinary discovery.

With a brewery subscription

The marketing side of the product.

  • Promotional exposure to drinkers, identified as what it is.
  • Show drinkers where your beers are stocked. Stockist sharing is included with Brewery Pro, and you choose whether to switch it on.
  • Release, coming-soon and event tools.
  • Audience and activity reporting.
  • One ownership-verified brewery-owned venue, at the full paid venue level.

Itemised in your service schedule before anything starts. The included venue costs nothing extra, needs no second Direct Debit and does not use up a founder venue place; further owned venues are on the ordinary venue tariff.

The small print, unhidden

Everything that qualifies a price.

The terms that go with those figures

  • All prices are base prices per business. Pourfinder Ltd is not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is charged. If we register, VAT becomes due from the legal date and is added to the base price, which does not change.
  • Annual prices are flat prepaid amounts for twelve months, not a percentage discount on the monthly rate.
  • Nothing is collected before Pourfinder launches publicly and before your paid service is actually activated. Signing an agreement or setting up a Direct Debit mandate is not a charge.
  • Monthly subscriptions run the calendar month and are collected on the 1st, with a separately worked-out part-month for the period between your service starting and the first full month. They roll, and are cancellable with 30 days’ notice.
  • An annual subscription runs for twelve months from the day your paid service is actually switched on — not from the day you enquire, sign or set up a mandate. We send a reminder 45 days before renewal giving the exact renewal date, the deadline for not renewing, the price and how to cancel.
When does the first payment come out?

Not before Pourfinder launches publicly, and not before the paid service you were sold is actually switched on for you. Signing an agreement or setting up a Direct Debit mandate is not a charge. You will know the date in advance.

How does monthly billing actually work?

Monthly subscriptions run the calendar month and are collected on the 1st. The gap between your service starting and the first full month is worked out and charged separately as a part month, rather than being rounded in your favour or ours. You are never charged twice for the same period.

Do I get a warning before an annual plan renews?

Yes. Your twelve months run from the day your paid service is actually switched on, and we send a reminder 45 days before the renewal date giving the exact date, the deadline for telling us not to renew — at least 30 days before — the price, and how to cancel. If that reminder fails to reach you, there is a manual route to put it right.

Is there VAT on top?

Not at the moment. Pourfinder Ltd is not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is charged. If we register in future, VAT becomes due from the legal date and is added to the base price — the base price itself does not change, including during a protected introductory period.

What does "protected for your first year" mean?

The base price you joined at is held for your first 12 months of paid service, counted from your first billable service period rather than from an enquiry, a claim or the day you signed. The standard rate applies after that, unless something else has been agreed with you in writing.

Is the annual price ten per cent off?

We do not describe it that way, because it is not a formula. The annual price is a flat amount for twelve months paid in advance, and the amount is the amount.

How do I cancel?

A monthly subscription rolls and takes thirty days’ notice; the final charge is worked out across the days you actually had the service. An annual subscription runs its twelve months from the day your paid service is switched on, with thirty days’ notice before it renews. Your free listing and your ability to correct your own information are not taken away.

What happens if a payment fails?

You are told when a failure is confirmed, not when one is suspected. There is one retry no sooner than a week later, a reminder if it is still unresolved, and no ordinary restriction before thirty complete days — with warning of the date before it arrives. Recovery restores paid access automatically.

The binding version of any of this is the agreement and service schedule you are sent before you commit. Read the terms and the privacy policy, and ask us about anything that is not clear.
